Attorney Christopher Ammori

Christopher Ammori is an Associate Attorney with the Cannabis Legal Group. Christopher is a licensed attorney with experience in corporate law, real estate law, and regulatory compliance.  Christopher focuses on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of real property, general corporate transactions, entity formation, and Michigan’s medical and adult-use licensing. 

Christopher has represented companies of all sizes ranging from single-member entities to large public companies. He has represented companies in a variety of legal matters to help achieve their business and planning needs.  Christopher works to understand his client’s goals and solve complex issues in highly regulated fields.

Christopher has a wide range of experience, including:

• Drafting organization and entity formation documents;
• Performing due diligence in real estate and corporate matters;
• Drafting and negotiating letters of intent and purchase agreements;
• Drafting and negotiating lease agreements;
• Drafting and reviewing corporate resolutions and operating agreements;
• Reviewing and resolving title issues; and
• Preparing promissory notes and mortgages.

Christopher Ammori earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Wayne State University, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University Law School, where he was a Student Attorney and Treasurer at the Free Legal Aid Clinic.
