Simon Gumma brings more than 17 years of financial, tax, accounting and business consulting experience to the Cannabis Legal Group. As a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountanting Information Management and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Simon has diverse experience within the private, public accounting and government sectors. This includes experience at Deloitte, Pulte Homes and as a Managing Partner. Simon even served 2 terms as President of Village of Caseville (1999-2002). His passion and dedication is in helping small businesses grow and obtain wealth and success.
Lisa is one of Cannabis Legal Group’s paralegals. Lisa serves a vital role in managing client files, client intake, preparing applications for attorney review and keeping our clients regularly informed of the status of their application. She has an extensive background in medical sales, marketing, financial services and more.
Brianna “Bri” Hadjiveloudos is the Administrative Assistant for the Cannabis Legal Group. A recent graduate of the Paralegal Associate Degree Program at Oakland Community College, Bri is planning on taking online courses through Central Michigan University in the fall. Previously, she worked in a construction/real estate law firm as an administrative assistant, and has a background in hospitality and customer service. Bri is a Royal Oak native who loves to spend her free time with her 5-year-old daughter, as well as spending time outdoors and enjoying live music.
Kate is the firm’s Director of Operations. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s operations including client financial accounts, accounts payable, planning, and human resources. If there is a client or vendor that has a question regarding the status of an account, please contact Kate.
Debra is Cannabis Legal Group’s account manager. Deb plays a massive role in ensuring smooth operations for the firm, such as: completing and receiving payments, flagging and clarifying any unusual or questionable invoice items, verifying and reconciling invoices, organizing payment plans and communicating with clients regularly in regards to their bill.
Erica is Cannabis Legal Group’s collections clerk. Erica assists our Account Manager, Debra, ensure smooth operations for the firm, such as: completing and receiving payments, flagging and clarifying any unusual or questionable invoice items, verifying and reconciling invoices, organizing payment plans and communicating with clients regularly in regards to their bill.
The firm owns its own executive vehicle and David is it’s driver. David has been employed by the firm full time since May 2016. His responsibilities include transportation services to the attorneys and is available for clients in need. David also provides item and document delivery. The services that David provides are indispensable and allow the attorneys to be more productive in their travel time to and from court’s all across the State of Michigan.
